De has over 30 years of wealth management experience. She founded Victory Financial Plans & Services, LLC in 2016. The firm is headquartered in Fitzgerald, Georgia with clients across the United States.
Lauren Wixson
Financial Consultant · Investment Planner
Lauren is a newly licensed financial advisor with a passion for helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions. She is a 2024 graduate from Fitzgerald High School and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC). Lauren currently holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses through LPL Financial. She focuses on creating personalized strategies that support long-term goals — from investing to retirement planning and much more. She is committed to continuous learning and bringing fresh insight to every client conversation.
Aniyah Hall
Administrative Associate
Aniyah Hall serves as an administrative associate with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and efficient support. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Georgia, where she is developing a solid foundation in financial and business practices. In her role, Aniyah assists with daily operations, contributes to financial processes, and helps ensure things run smoothly for both clients and team members. She takes pride in delivering reliable support and helping create a smooth, positive experience for the entire team.
